No wifi in the room. I had to sit in the lobby to have a connection which was a quite uncomfortable inconvenience, as I was looking forward to resting in bed surfing online, but instead after a Long day I needed to sit up in the lobby and make a booking for the next night. "Extremely unfriendly and idle staff. Looked like I am disturbing them when I would like to stay at the hotel and eat in hotel restaurant. It was suprising how long they are able to ignore cusromers in the restaurant and in front desk. "

"Barrok Hotel is in an excellent location close to many restaurants and shopping. It is just off the main square providing for a very quiet stay but very close to all of what the Promenade has to offer. It is very close to the underground Dunakupa parking lot. The hotel is in a walking only area and you cannot drive your car in front of the hotel to drop off luggage or check in. You must park you car in the underground parking lot. The staff was very pleasant and their breakfast was satisfactory. Very good value."

"What an absolutely delightful surprise. From the outside, a rather normal looking house in a smaller Slovak city, but on the inside, a small but very service minded team, and very large and spacious rooms. Food was exquisite, both dinner in restaurant and the breakfast was made fresh from a breakfast menu, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in over 10 years. Definitely be coming back here again soon."
