"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. First of all, the cleanliness was abysmal. The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was in desperate need of attention. There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel, like stale air mixed with mold. It made it unbearable to stay there. To make matters worse, the location is terrible. "The behaviour of the Lady receptionist was very rude, really very unprofessional. We waited for 1 hour for check in, I have a 3 years kid and it was really difficult to wait for checking in. When the room allotted, we saw that the room was not cleaned after others stay, bathroom was smelling very bad, hairs are allover the bed.This was the worst hotel stay experience for my family. "

"Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. All round not a good stop at all. On the positive side, the location is excellent and there is secure parking. Nearby...

"possibly the worst hotel ive stayed in ever. dirty, horrible place, limited facilities, breakfast only south indian, no options other than toast, tea wouldnt make without sugar, wouldnt make eggs. other than 1 member of staff Krishna the others wer completely unhelpful as if they didnt really care. one guy just sat watching tv in his vest. mornings around 6.30am a massive racket, rooms are not more than 5 metres from reception. wouldnt recommend at all."

"At check-in, first rep did not find my reservation and was asking if the booking was in any other name. I produced hard copy of Expedia confirmation and another rep completed check-in process. The first rep did not come back to acknowledge that my reservation was there! Next, I asked if there was a business desk and computer for me to use. Front desk pointed me to a room which had a desktop, monitor and printer. It was switched off and there were no instructions how to turn on, and there was no help available. I did not dine at the property so no comment about that. (Tip: I walked to Inox next block and ate at the Eat place. Good food, clean facility and inexpensive. Service a bit slow but good) Used the fitness center - one elliptical and two treadmills, there were 3-5 people wanting to use the machines! Checkout was very smooth. 👍 Overall enjoyed my stay."
