Missing Hotels.com booking and payment record.

When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the check-in counter staff could not locate my Hotels.com booking and payment record. I showed the confirmation emails from Hotel.com, but they refused to accept them. As a result, I was made to pay a deposit. The staff finally located my record the following day when I was about to check out.

Comfortable stay

They can't find my booking details in their system when I checked in. Fortunately, the problem solved in few minutes and I got a upgraded room. This hotel is a quiet and clean place to stay considering its location and surroundings.
