They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. "Personal amable y preocupado. El refugio familiar esta en un lugar hermoso. Vista maravillosa a la desembocadura del lago. El depto es comodo y limpio. No obstante, le hace falta mantencion. Litera se cayo sobre uno de los niños. Las ventanas abrian con dificultad. Desgaste general. La cocina le falta equipamiento ( hervidor, microondas). Le faltan servicios, al menos desayuno y bar."
