The hotel facilities were very clean and meticulously kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff were always so friendly and helpful; Pino (the owner) treated all of his guests like family, which made the holiday feel very special. Splendid in Sorrento
"Loved Grand Hotel de La Ville. Such beautiful rooms with inlaid wood, marble bathrooms, lovely painted tile floors. Breakfast and staff excellent. We had an end-view partial sea view, which I would skip in the future. Mostly a view of a neighboring apartment building, but everything else is fantastic. 5 minute walk to train station, 10 minute walk to shopping downtown."
