This is a lovely, professionally-run hotel. We paid extra for a balcony with a sea view and didn't regret it. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The view from our hotel balcony was worth the price of the room. Very convenient to walk up to the Palace/fortress of Taormina, down to the main shopping street and across to the Roman amphitheater. Breakfast outstanding.

The location was perfect and the penthouse unit was suburb. Has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. On Saturday night there were a lot of young adult locals partying loud and late in the front parking area which was annoying and disruptive to our sleep
