Huge room with a great view facing Furano town, and the onsite onsen was great. Shuttle bus to the lift was very convenient and the lobby and complimentary drinks/snacks and laundry was great. The only improvements are that the kitchenette could be better equipped (eg with dish soap/tea towel) and better cleaned, and the pillow was not very comfortable.

Great design hotel, amazing location

Everything was very convenient and user-friendly. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh food, and the service was excellent. The onsen was clean, with well-equipped shower facilities. Parking was slightly inconvenient, although the concierge tried their best to make up for it with excellent service.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, great facilities and helpful and friendly staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

The house is small but nice, comfy and well equipped.

Great location close to the ski lift base and village centre. Very clean, well equipped, with a small but adequate lounge upstairs looking out onto the forest, with a small balcony. Staff were very responsive. A very pleasant stay!

We arrived late in the evening after a few hours drive from New Chitose. Staff were welcoming with some English. Room was spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night so didn't make much use of the facilities Try the Furano omelette in the restaurant, it's made with Furano cheese served with Furano milk on the side and it's delicious!

Nice staffs with hospitality

Perfect hotel for our needs. Next door to a ski hire shop and immediately opposite the Kitanomine gondola. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. They run a free shuttle service on demand to local restaurants, but there are also several good eateries in walking distance. The hot chocolate was delicious (dark chocolate melted in hot milk). Very friendly and efficient staff. A great stay altogether.

The apartment is well equipped in the kitchen and The staff is very helpful too.

It's very dark when we arrived, but actually just 6.30pm. Staff is so friendly and English support. Great interior, good sleep and well-prepared. I do like the movable partition to separate between shower area and bedroom for privacy when dressing outside the shower booth. Also, help bedroom less noisy from toilet sound. There's no restuarant here, so no breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. Most of restaurants around here are closed when we arrived. However, there's convenient store...

The owner is very responsive and super helpful.
