"We had two rooms during our stay, and unfortunately neither had hot water for showers on either night. We reported the issue and were told to run the water for 15–20 minutes to heat up. Even after waiting that long, the water was only lukewarm at best. Breakfast was fair, the rooms were clean, and the staff was nice and understanding, which we did appreciate. However, the lack of hot water was a major inconvenience.This was a 300.00 a night room. With no compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, due to this issue, I would not choose to stay here again. "

"My stay was entirely unacceptable due to health hazards, safety concerns, and staff hostility. During my stay: The pool was closed by the health department, the provided drinking water was yellow, and my room caused physical illness that subsided only after I left the building. Police were called to the property following an altercation between staff and a guest in the parking lot. The front desk clerk (older female, short gray hair) was aggressively dismissive when I reported the room's condition. She refused a room change and offered no assistance. Upon returning to retrieve my son’s forgotten medication, this same staff member forcibly snatched my ID out of my hand. I checked out early and moved to the neighboring hotel for the safety of myself and my child."

"The room was clean. Breakfast was not the greatest. The hotel was older but clean, including the parking lot. Staff was great."

"Great location, everything you need, with free parking and free breakfast. Don’t expect much from breakfast but it will curb your hunger. Lots of better breakfast spots for a better meal around Athens. Bed is great, bathroom is small but functionally smart. Wish we’d known about this place earlier. Price is right!"

"We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not recommend this place. We were woken up both mornings super early by our neighbors - even though we were trying to sleep in. Not fun. "
