"Owners are extremely rude and extortioned our stay - threatened to remove my children with police. We pressed charges against the hotel with the local police. They accepted our money and reservation, checked us in and put our oersoanl belongings in the room. We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo "

"We loved staying at the Villa Insam. It's a lovely family run place, very homely and welcoming located on the edge of a wildflower meadow. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly with our toddler. The evening food was exquisite, four course meal each night (half board, with separate food made for our toddler, thanks!) and breakfast buffet had a good choice for all.
