Short walk to everything.

This hotel apartment just opened. There are still numerous items missing for the kitchenette. Cleaning staff are excellent and very helpful.

L'appartamento è grande dotato di tutto in posizione ottima perché a due passi dal centro e vicino a supermercati e negozi.Inoltre la proprietaria è stata da subito gentile e disponibile a partire dal check in anticipato .

The location was excellent! The apartment was very clean, private and spacious. It was a plus to have a washing machine in unit. Excellent housekeeping! Would highly recommend to any traveler.

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt. Zustand ist wie neu. Das einzige Problem ist das Rauchen von Menschen auf ihren Balkonen. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Having landed quite late in the evening by the time we managed to find the place it was late. We had to ring the contact a couple of times to find it and get the access codes to the external door and room. To our horror when we entered the room there was already somebody sleeping in the bed. I dont know who was more shocked but he pushed us out and shut the door. I then couldnt get hold of the contact as it was now almost 2300. We had to go to a local bar and thankfully the guys running it took us to a local hostel on avenue de infante where we paid for a room

Appartement très recent, propre et bien aménagé Tous les matins sauf le dimanche petit dejeuner accroché à la porte( 2 petits pains un croissant une brioche ,beurre confiture, 2 tranches de jambon et de fromage et 2 petites bouteilles de nectar de fruits) Le parking n'est pas pratique places très étroites et difficultés pour maneuvrer Il faut chaque fois demander une dose pour le lave vaisselle, elle n'est pas remplacée automatiquement

It was really nice to stay at the Travellers Pearl by Stort tellers. Before my stay I was a little sceptic about the missing front desk, but with the email the hotel sent to me about a week before my stay it was very easy to settle in.

Travellers pearl is a good value for money. Clean, spacious and 3rd floor London flat has a nice view to town. It was also quiet. If you stay longer, it is easy to buy your own breakfast there, or even cook.

Wir waren für 7 Nächte in einem der Standard Apartements. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man ist nicht direkt im Trubel, aber auch nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wer einen Mietwagen hat, kann ihn super im eigenen Hof parken, der ebenfalls durch ein Tor mit Zahlencode gesichert ist. Bis auf 1-2 Haare im Bad, war die Sauberkeit wirklich zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmerreinigung haben wir einmalig in Anspruch genommen und diese war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend. Womit man auf Madeira jedoch leben muss, ist der Klorix-Gestank! Denn hier ist nichts sauber, wenn nicht erst mindestens 2 Liter Klorix drübergelaufen sind... Soweit, so gut! Natürlich war nicht alles toll, sonst wäre die Bewertung höher: Nicht gefallen hat mir die Umgebung des Hauses. Es scheint zum einen nicht die beste Gegend zu sein und zum anderen liegt genau neben dem Hotel ein Sportplatz und eine Sporthalle. Und glaubt mir, es ist laut! Wenn dann noch der Hund vom Balkon gegenüber pausenlos bellt, ist es perfekt. Des Weiteren gibt es keine SINNVOLLEN Steckdosen in diesem Zimmer. Telefon am Bett aufladen wird nichts, die Kabel von Toaster und Wasserkocher sind auch eindeutig zu kurz, um sie nicht direkt auf der Mikrowelle und somit unterm Hängeschrank zu benutzen...nicht cool. Noch uncooler ist die Tatsache, dass verhindert wird, dass man länger als 2 Minuten warm duschen kann. Zwei Personen direkt nacheinander warm duschen...das wird nicht funktionieren. Auch das Wasser am Waschbecken im Bad läuft nur sehr l

Travellers Pearl si è rivelata la soluzione ideale per la nostra permanenza a Funchal. L'appartamento è funzionale, con tutto ciò che serve: stoviglie, lavatrice, piano cottura, frigorifero con cella frizer. Si trova in un palazzo dotato di ascensore e con i vari ingressi gestiti tramite codice di accesso, risulta quindi comodo effettuare il checkin qualora, come noi, doveste arrivare ad orari scomodi. Nel cortile della palazzina ci sono vari posti auto, cosa molto comoda a Funchal. Si trova a 2 passi a piedi dalla zona Velha, ricca di ristoranti e localini, comoda alla funicolare che porta a Monte e al lungomare, e con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si arriva in centro città, nella parte più moderna. Per noi è stato un ottimo punto base per girare tutta l'isola con l'auto.Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Hotels.com guaranteed the 2 rooms I booked but Travellers called and said there was a problem and they didn’t have the other room, SO, we were crammed in one room. NOT COOL! I asked how do I get a refund, she tells me, I would need to go through whoever I booked it with. That has been difficult as well.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und hat eine tolle Lage. Man ist in 2 Minuten an der Promenade. Schön wäre ein Nachttisch auch an der anderen Bettseite gewesen. Auch ein Ganzkörperspiegel wäre praktisch.

Everything was perfect, the location is amazing, just 5 mins from city centre. The apartment had everything we needed, it was very clean, there is daily cleaning included. Rooms are very spacious. Private parking. I would reccomend it to everyone!

Alles sehr sauber, Küche top ausgestattet und neues Geschirr sowie Töpfe, morgen gab es immer Frühstück an die Tür gebracht, täglich waren die Putzfrau da die sehr nett waren alle sehr gut geputzt hanben sowie täglich die Handtücher getauscht haben und auf Nachfrage konte man auch die Bettwäsche tauschen lassen Waren zu dritt und alles sehr zufrieden werden auf jeden Fall wiederum kommen
