The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are very nice. However, the service could be improved. One day I called to request extra towels, but they never brought them. Also, housekeeping only cleans your room if you request it a day in advance, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the customer service was not very attentive.
