"Room floor dirty, both chairs backs broken, ttabel and end tables had ring spots all over. Had to wash them myself. Drapes were falling off the rodes. Heater was so load sounded like it was going to blow up. Very simple white bread for toast, stale cereal, they did have waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage links. We had hot tube room. There was one above us, were whom ever was using it, used it all night long, ladt time was 4am, wirh running the jets, walking around all night, slamming door comming in and out. I almost thought maybe the night staff menber was using it while working. Did not feel safe staying there."

"Very clean friendly staff. Alot of activites but be prepared to walk to the water parks dependi ng where your room is. The walk is however all indoors."

"the place is falling apart. we stayed 9 years ago, and it was beautiful and looking good. the room was dirty with cobwebs; the hot tub had some sort of dirt/ mold growing at the bottom; pool looked to be falling apart with a cracked-up slide; arcade was terrible, mainly just games of chance rather than actual games. didn't see a maid the 2 days we were there till the minutes from checkout; lastly it took almost an hour to check in as they didn't know how to do so, they were friendly about it though."

"Bugs in the rooms. Coffee stains all around the jacuzzi. Moved into another room and ants were crawling all over. Was told we would get a refund and didn’t. "

"Everything was wonderful! Price of the room was amazing for the value. The pool was perfection for our 3 year old. Room was roomy and even with pack n play we had plenty of room! Breakfast had enough options for everyone to be happy and the eggs were actually good! "
