No big deal, but stick you with a $10 charge at check in. Bathtubs was so slick you could hardly stan up. Unsafe!

There was no hot water in half the property. Called the front desk and they said it’s been like that for awhile. They couldn’t move us to another room with hot water because they were fully booked. Couldn’t give us a discount because we booked through Expedia. Expedia says hot water was not listed as one of the amenities for the property. HOT WATER! Give me a break Holiday Inn & Expedia. You have to do better. I’m done with Expedia.

The door to the adjacent room was missing the locking device. The hot water was lukewarm. The attendant at the front desk stated that both were known issues.

There was no hot water and no water pressure. And the toilet paper is too far from the toilet. The breakfast was good, though.

Our visit was short, I've never left a hotel until now. The door was broke open and fixed, 2x4 holding up the bed, shower was moldy, room was decently clean and icing on the cake was 4 cars of guys on the side of hotel sitting than getting out and started to drink and hang out. Front desk said they couldn't do anything so we opted to lose the money an book another hotel.

There is carpeting everywhere that is super old and looks filthy. The breakfast was awful. The premade omelets watery and tasteless

There us not a lot of places in the Red bay area (20 min away) or Fulton fir that matter. My family lives in Red Bay ala so i stay here twice a year and always have a good experience.

No hot water!
The Hotel did not have hot water. We were offered to move to another room. Water was not hot in that room either! I was told to run the water for 10-20 min. Water was cold to tepid after running the water a lengthy time! Water was even colder in the am. The bed was comfortable.

We han a lovely night at this hotel. The front desk personnel were most helpful and pleasant. The hot breakfast selections were very good. We are not in the Fulton area often but we won't hesitate to stay here again.

The HVAC did not work in my room. It got down to 40° that night I got up to take a shower the next morning I ran the shower for 20 minutes. The hot water never worked They offered no kind of refund our credit of any kind. I won’t be staying there again.

The best part about our stay was the breakfast. Our room was clean enough but not well maintained and very dark. Our air conditioning/heat did not work as well. We were disappointed.
