Very friendly & helpful staff, amazing wellness area and superb food, both breakfast and dinner.
The only downside is the sound insulation between the rooms.
Overall a great stay!

These apartments are great. Normally I prefer the modern look - and this is definitely not that - but on closer inspection, everything is spotlessly clean and in good working order. The beds are comfy, the shower provides plentiful warm water and the apartment had a lot of space. In addition, this is very close to Fulpmes village centre, easy walking distance from the bus stops and the tram to Innsbruck. Therefore location is excellent. The icing on the cake though is the membership of...

Incredible stay. We felt so welcomed by the staff from the second we stepped in to the property. They communicated so efficiently with us via WhatsApp and couldn’t have done enough to make our stay amazing. The finishing touches in the rooms such as fresh coffee and utensils every day and blankets added all the more to the fantastic experience. The surprise amenities such as the gym and sauna enhanced our relaxation. They were kind enough to provide us with travel cards and give us all the...

We loved our stay! The apartment is wonderful and set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. It's ideally located within easy walking distance of the town and Bahnhof. Check-in was super smooth despite our late arrival. Highly recommended!

Just got back from a short (too short!) ski break at this wonderful hotel. The food was fantastic as was the service from the staff, the majority of whom spoke really good English. Our room was spotless and the free ski bus to the lift ran regularly. Spa area and outdoor whirlpool was fantastic - just be aware that the saunas etc are clothing optional!
