"Everything about the room was nice. But the outdoor entertainment was too loud. Revellers on hotel property partied too long and woke me up from 2:30 AM until 3:00 AM. It would have been nicer if the hotel staff would stopped the noise makers as soon as they started trouble."

"Lobby and main entry quite grand and beautiful. There was no A/C. Floor fan was available in our room, which was helpful, but with outdoor temperatures running around 28-30 F it was warm in our room. Can't really open windows at night because then one hears traffic noise etc. Would have been nice ..."
