Fukushima Trip

The room was very clean. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was excellent to start off the day. And the free shuttle ride to Haneda airport is a big plus.

Clean rooms great breakfast and good transportation for hotel guests every hour with mini bus to downtown Kawasaki shopping mall’s district very nice.

The room was very clean; however, the sound insulation was poor. I could hear street noise as well as neighbors coming in and out. I was not provided with any information about breakfast, so I am unable to rate it.

Room was clean and rather large for a Japanese hotel. The public onsen bath was super nice to soak in. There's a convenience store (Daily Yamazaki) about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, which was a nice place to grab breakfast. There were also a few restaurants nearby at the Innovation City, but we didn't try these and they seemed to close early. It's walkable from the Monorail and subway station, which makes it conveniently only one stop from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. Check-in and check-out using kiosk with English was a breeze. Staff knows English too, and helped me store my luggage after check-out for a few hours before we had to go to airport. There's a shuttle to the airport, but we didn't use it; I think it only runs in the morning, and it only goes one way (i.e. no pick-up at airport going to the hotel), but you can easily use the subway for that. Would stay here again.
