The property was very good value for money. Everywhere was clean, the rooms very spacious and convenient. There was enough choice of food always, and everything (the buffets and the bar) were always well stocked and nothing was missing. The staff at the restaurant were very efficient and very helpful and friendly. Same goes to the staff at reception. We were out and about most of the day, so did not spend all our time at the property and for that this hotel was perfect for us - great price and good quality, would recommend.

Young children happy enough with the pool etc, but no Catering for young teenagers, evenings/day time. Reception staff and manager bent over backwards to sort out our accommodation requests. Very little to do in the area outside of the resort. Bit of a holiday camp experience with very poor food choices. We came prior to covid and enjoyed our stay, but this time has not lived up to it. The food has been very repetative, poorly cooked and constantly recycled into various cold mixed salads or sort of stews. Not very sophisticated, deserts out of packets eg biscuits, bought cakes and biscuits and flavoured custards. Staff very friendly though and always very busy

Great place, beautiful grounds, very clean inside out. The food was good too, less choice during the lunch as probably people tend to get out to see things, but plenty to choose from for breakfast and dinner. Especially keeping in mind how much you have paid for it. I know there are people who pay 250£ per week per person for the room AND for all inclusive meals/drinks and complain because there’s no caviar or beef fillet stakes for dinner!! Be realistic:) I wasn’t expecting to be that good for what I’ve paid, so really pleased it exceeded my expectations. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay with a toddler, spent hours there and never to busy in there. Animation team was great, waiting staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean

Very nice 3 star hotel all areas very clean reasonable selection of food we were allowed to check in early which was a boost Staff all very personable accomadation had living room as well as bedroom and bathroom and nice exterior terrace only negative no white wine at pool bar just sparkling cava would thourly recommend to others

An excellent experience
We had a fantastic time at the Royal Suites Hotel from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were faultless from arrival at reception, through to the catering team, cleaners (restaurant and room) and especially the Animation entertainment team who genuinely made our stay. The room was fine, nothing fancy but was all we needed - a comfy bed, a clean bathroom and nice-sized balcony. We made use of the safe in the room and also hired the beach towels on arrival for the week which saved us having to bring them with us. The pool area was lovely, relaxing and well maintained. The serve yourself poolside bar was a treat. The all inclusive restaurant served a great selection at every mealtime and, although it was a little monotonous toward the end of our stay, we always found something we liked and never went hungry. The poolside activities were great too - we joined in with aqua-gym, darts, shuffleboard and water polo and got on really well with the friendly team. The evening entertainment was also brilliant - the team put in so much effort and it showed! The hotel is kind of in the middle of no where which was great for the kind of holiday we wanted. The beach was just a short walk away and there were some shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. The free bus to Oasis Park was a nice surprise too - would definitely recommend a trip there! All in all, a fantastic hotel, amazing staff and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend!

Værelserne i sig selv var fine nok. Det står som familievenligt, men der er høj musik hver aften. Maden har de forskellige klassiske all-inclusive madretter, men de er generelt bare i meget lav kvalitet. Selvom de brænder noget mad på eller lignende, så bliver det alligevel serveret. Poolsne er meget kolde. Selv jacuzzien er kold. Så ingen bruger poolsne, og de er for kolde til børn.

Prima hotel dicht bij het strand
We (gezin met twee kinderen van 4 en 8) hebben hier 11 nachten gezeten in de kerstvakantie. We gaan vaker naar een Canarisch eiland en hebben inmiddels wat vergelijkingsmateriaal. Hotel Royal Suites is een 3 sterren hotel en daarvoor is het helemaal prima. Het is een all inclusive concept. Het is prima. In een 4 sterren hotel is de keuze net wat meer, maar dat verwacht je dan ook. Het complex is niet heel groot. Wel zo overzichtelijk. Er is een groot zwembad volledig buiten en aan de aner kant van het complex is een kleiner zwembad met een overkapping.Deze is verwarmd en dus perfect voor kinderen om in te zwemmen ook al is het niet extreem warmweer. Onze kinderen waren er dan ook elke dag in te vinden. Er is ook animatie, voor zowel voor kinderen als volwassenen. Niet heel uitgebreid maar prima. Het complex en de kamers zijn wel wat verouderd. Hier mag wel wat aangedaan worden. Kamers zijn wel groot, met een aparte slaapkamer en een "woonkamer" met twee slaapbanken. Het hotel ligt In costa Calma en dat doet zijn naam eer aan. Het is erg rustig in de omgeving. er zijn maar weinig winkeltjes. Er is ook geen boulevard bij het strand, dan moet je naar Morro Jable. Dat is een half uur met de taxi. Bus kan ook, maar de tijden zijn niet betrouwbaar. Je staat zomaar 20 minuten extra (of langer) te wachten. Het strand is een 10 minuten lopen. het is een mooi en rustig strand. Prima hotel all inclusive met een zwembad vlakbij het strand, zonder extreme luxe. Rustig complex

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Alles in nette staat. Goede bedden en alles basic aanwezig. Er hangen hoogspanningskabels boven blok 3 & 4 en deze zingen door de harde wind. We hebben met raam dicht moeten slapen. De all in module is self service. Ook de bar in de avond. Drankjes zijn gemaakt van siropen en huismerk alcohol. Hier moet je niet te veel van verwachten. Bier en wijn is een goede optie. Buiten veel kakkerlakken, maar dat is het eiland leven

Viajamos en familia, la estancia de forma general fue mejor de lo esperado, lo mejor a señalar LOS 3 ANIMADORES, son muy amables y carismáticos. Además vale destacar la piscina climatizada y techada. La amabilidad de los camareros del buffet aun cuando el trabajo era mucho. Gracias

Realmente el hotel está bastante bien, instalaciones cuidadas, la limpieza muy bien. El único inconveniente que hemos encontrado es el Restaurante; (muy repetitivo y poca variedad de comida) la comida y la cena. La misma comida que te ponen por la noche la comes al día siguiente al mediodía y así cada día. Es lo único que nos decepcionó un poco.

Skvělý, ochotný personál, čisto, krásné venkovní prostory, prakticky zařízený a pohodlný pokoj. Sice se jedná o starší hotel, ale to vůbec nevadí. Vytkl bych pouze jedno, a sice ledový bazén pro děti (leden), ten by mohl být vyhřívaný. Ale jinak naprostá spokojenost.

Eine schöne Anlage, gepflegter Garten und ein netter Poolbereich. Die Zimmer sind schön, Wohn- und Schlafbereich getrennt. Die Zimmer selber könnten mal wieder einen frischen Anstrich vertragen

In generale la struttura mi è piaciuta.. Le camere enormi con bagno grande.. Le aiuole e fiori spettacolari.. Belle le piscine.. Per quanto riguarda il mangiare nella media niente di eccezionale ma nemmeno schifosi, diciamo che si trovava sempre qualcosa di buono da mangiare, sala per il pranzo bella grande. Animazione italiana, bravi e non pesanti.. I bambini si sono divertiti e è alla sera abbiamo giocato anche noi grandi.. Unica pecca poco accoglienti.., noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere per animazione loro non sono venuti ad accoglierci.. Comunque ok... La nostra sfortuna di aver beccato una bomba d'acqua con tempesta.. Allagato il ristorante è le piscine vicine.. Personale bravo a sistemare la struttura a parte le piscine ci sono voluti due giorni, per carità calamita naturale ci sta, ma noi siamo dovuti andare al are perché in piscina non potevo far entrare i bambini.. Un grazie alla ragazza della reception molto gentile e disponibile.. Veramente super.. Struttura a 10 minuti a piedi dalloceano.. Fatta tranquillamente a piedi con due bambini di 2 e 5 anni.. I miei non usano passeggino.. Ma ci sono un paio di salite.. I miei bimbi sono abituati a camminare.. Per adulti una passeggiata dove si passa anche davanti a un centro commerciale.. Per andare a mora I able bus 2 80 a testa solo andata.. Nota negativa hotel.. Alla sera per 3 volte abbiamo ucciso delle piattola.. Bruttine ma essendoci tanta vegetazione attorno ci sta.. Nel complesso positivo
