"Amazing property and wonderful staff. Our hotel room was clean. The only issue was the room keys, which stopped working. The staff advised not to put them near phones as it messes with the technology in the card but we continued to have this issue and gave up. Parking situation was good too. "

"Ok for 1 or 2 nights. Unfortunately we booked 10 nights. We had a view of a wall, we would have thought they’d have given us something better as we stayed 10 night’s. Be warned, your tea/ coffee is only free for 1 night, then you have to pay. This is a budget coaching hotel, it’s no way 4*. We stay in Granada 3/4 times a year, we would not return to this hotel, we would rather pay more and have something more upmarket."
