"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. "Everything was fine and the location of the hotel was just perfect. Close to the Leaning Tower and many nice restaurants around along with convenience stores. However, we were disappointed with the cleaning staff who knocked on our door and we said we need more time before she can clean the room, she was very upset and said nothing. That was way before the 11 am checkout time. This is terrible customer service and ruin the hotel reputation!"
