"Görükle konaklamasi düşünenler için; caddeye yakın ,merkezi,temiz ,güler yüzlü personeller.olumsuz sadece klimalar aşırı sesli çalışmakta ve sıcak odayı ısıtmıyor,ama oda sıcaklık olarak yeterliydi çok sorun olmadı sadece rahatsız olduğum için sıcağı da kullanabilmek isterdim.harici diğer odaların kapısı sanki sizin odanizdalarmis gibi hissettiriyor,ses yalıtımı zayıf.ben genel olarak beğendim sorunsuz konforlu.sadece belirttiklerim biraz üzdü.ve kahvaltı çeşitleri başarılıydı unutmadan 🙂"

"Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel."

"0/10 This hotel is a false advertisement. There is no spa or bar. Personnel don’t even stay in the actual hotel. The rooms are across the street in a very bad building that stinks. The rooms smell terrible and still they list price options for the spa inside the rooms it’s actually funny. They argued that they advertised that the spa is closed but no where does it say that on the booking. Our “valet parking” consisted of the guy pulling the car forward 2 inches while it was parked on the street and got mad when we did not tip him😂 comical. Breakfast was the only thing that was good "

"We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty. From pool, sauna, massage all 5*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again. The only downside is that there isn’t much around. But that isn’t a problem if you’re driving. We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty. From pool, sauna, massage all 5*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again. The only downside is that there isn’t much around. But that isn’t a problem if you’re driving. Volkan was super helpful. He went above and beyond to help us organise transports and get around Istanbul. A big thank you."

"Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing. The food offered catered to the locals with overseas offered no alternatives unless a premium price was paid. The staff were on the whole excellent and tried very hard to assist but the core business of hosting weddings at the hotel seemed to take preference. The pool area was basic with food and drink expensive however my wife was struck on the shoulder by a very heavy pool umbrella caught in a sudden wind gust, no interest was paid to the injury but 3 members of staff battled to restore the umbrella upright and secure it. The in house internet was average if not weak and overall normal reception including for tv was not good. Mudanya is a very nice, vibrant and colourful seaside town and attracts many visitors, I feel this hotel could do considerably better. "
