O quarto foi um verdadeiro Desastre, tomada caindo, fios pendurados, a porta do banheiro com dobradiça quebrada e porta sem conseguir fechar. Paredes encardidas sujas, com mofo e descascando .mas o pior estava no assento do vaso sanitário todo quebrado machucando quando teve que ser utilizado. Para uma hospedagem individual por 260,00 reais , não varia nem 100,00. Dificilmente faço uma avaliação negativa, mas este hotel ou este quarto ficou muito longe de qualquer expectativa positiva. A única coisa positiva foi o atendimento das funcionárias da recepção educadíssimas e solicitas.

Hotel com boa infraestrutura, porém, o banheiro não foi limpo e tinha urina no chão.

Cheguei e fiquei esperando por um bom tempo, pois o moço da recepção estava no telefone e demorou para me atender. Após, estava chovendo, com várias malas, sem cobertura para estacionar o veículo, o recepcionista nem sequer ofereceu ajuda para carregar as malas e muito menos um guarda-chuva. O hotel não tem elevador. Fiquei no primeiro andar com 2 lances de escadas. Quando perguntei, tem elevador? O mesmo respondeu assim: não temos, mas são só 2 lances de escada. Eu disse: ok. Outra vez o mesmo não se ofereceu para ajudar a pelo menos subir a bagagem.

Satisfatório e preço justo

A estadia foi satisfatória. O quarto, apesar de pequeno, é confortável e acolhedor. A única questão, é a demora para que o chuveiro aqueça a água.
