"Staff was nice, they do allow pets but they charge a fee and a deposit. Room was nice and clean, and actually very quiet. A/C was strong, bed was pretty comfy, there were 4 pillows. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, there was a fridge, a hairdryer, a lock box, a coffeemaker, microwave, and TV. Really had everything i needed, and i appreciated the quiet room. It's very neat to food and the I-5 onramp. There's a little market inside for snacks during certain hours. I'd stay there again. "

"The room was dirty. The bath tub was stingy. The sheets on the bed was dingy. The refrigerator was old and rusty, and I requested that they canceled my reservation, but they took the first day pay from me. The room on the site looked totally different from the room that I seen in person. "

"We always stay at Best Westerns and generally have a decent stay. We’ve never stayed at this particular location, but I decided to plan a last minute trip to spend the night near the beach over spring break. We weren’t looking for fancy, just a clean space and a decent continental breakfast that was fairly cheap. I’ll start by saying the breakfast was fine and that space was very clean. No issues with that. The lobby was also clean and the grounds were generally well-kept. Employees were friendly. With that said, the man at the front counter was wearing a Superman t-shirt, which immediately gave off unprofessional vibes. The hotel room was not clean. I should’ve complained, but we were just there briefly and I didn’t want to bother with it. Right when we walked in the room reeked of an awful smell…like hand sanitizer gone bad? It was terrible. Not a clean smell, but the smell of something used to clean? Off the bat, I saw rings from previous guests drinks on the counter. Ok, so obviously they didn’t wipe that down. I then found an empty beer can next to the bed. Alright, so I guess they didn’t vacuum either. There was pink mold on the shower walls and only three towels, despite booking for four guests. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Love that this hotel is dog-friendly, just wish pets were also allowed around the property- at the restaurants and pool. Otherwise it is a great hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. Will definitely be back! "

"The staff were fine, no problem there. The room was very small, meh, but the bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. I love cats, they should be allowed in hotels, but y'all gotta get some Nature's Miracle or something for when one of them pees in a room. The shower floor was very chipped up and nasty looking, the toilet seat scratched up. It's right in a busy shopping center by the freeway, so it was loud all night, plus random hotel guests screaming in the middle of the night and being generally noisy all night long. Very hard bed. Unpleasant stay overall, didn't bother showering in the cat pee bathroom. "

"Good and clean. Do NOT stay in the rooms on the first floor on the South side of the building. Loud as hell! But otherwise, a great stay. "

"The staff were polite and helpful Answered all my questions. The views were amazing even in my Oceanside indirect room! The hotel was so quiet and so clean and temp was just right the whole time "
