"The hotel must be renovating because it has a string smell of paint. The bathrooms are looking very tired and the remote controls for the TV barely work. The Hotels.com rating for this property is way off, it is closer to 6 than 8.2."

"Significant visible damage to walls and floors in main area of first floor. Elevator is missing buttons, covered with clear tape. Some rooms appear to have plumbing/drainage issues. Walls between rooms do not dampen sound and TV, conversation, and dogs barking can be heard easily next door, disrupting sleep. Staff can be helpful, but facility is in need of significant renovation."
