"excellent place to stay.enjoyed the room all the staff seemed happy and friendly would absolutely stay at best western plus in gananoque when i visit again also really liked the fitness room swimming pool and sauna the breakfast buffet was excellent with a good slection and several hot items easy to find good location with lots of free parking 5 out of 5 stars in my opinion scott k"

"When we arrived our non smoking room smelled like smoke, which everyonen in our group agreed, we told the front desk because we wanted another room and the receptionist was very rude saying that it did not smell like smoke without even going to the room, we took him and he kept saying that it did not smell when it very clearly did and he was refusing to get us another room. After my husband started to get annoyed by his attituted he agreed on changing rooms. everything else besides that was good."
