Lovely team, but the room upgrade didn’t work well for us, it was far too noisy and needed new carpet and few touchups in the bathroom.. just to combat the mould and the toilet stains and wobbly seat. TV missing from the seating area and too many furnitures cluttered there, so no room to walk.Otherwise the team was lovely, but wouldn’t stay in this room again for €240 extra on the top of our booked room.

Check-in was now self check-in rather than a person behind the desk, it was straight forward but time consuming.
