Nice covinently located place overlooking downtown denver and close to highway amd gas station stores and restaurant and bars. But needs to be updated with some fixed, cleaned a little and face lift to look appealing. It's a budget inn so it lives up to the name. But overall was good stay

Staff friendly and helpful. Nice hotel in its day, but now the hotel is in disrepair. Pool not clean, possibly not functioning, does not match photo... false advertising. No maid service in 6 day stay, I took out the trash myself. Carpet needs replacement, odd smell prevalent.

Got to or room and the toilet did not work. They put us in a new room and the toilet ran all the time. No ice machine on first floor. Tv remote was impossible to navigate. There were trucks transferring things on the back parking lot that made us feel uncomfortable and breakfast was to be included, but had to go back and forth with dining room staff to get it. One good thing is that the chef was friendly and wanted to make sure your meal was good. I would not stay here again.

The staff was nice but the hotel smelled like urine in my opinion. It smelled bad. Maybe it was the carpet ? It was a very weird lay out as well. Upon entering our room there were smudges and handprints on the mirror. The room didn’t smell nor feel clean and there wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom. We only booked this hotel because it was last minute but def would not stay there again. The front desk person was nice though.

I called a month before our reservation and they assured me the pool would be ready by the time we were visiting in early August. I have several small children who were looking forward to the pool, but come to find out they haven’t even pulled permits to redo the pool. Also, they keep showing an arcade room that is being used as a storage room. Looks like the place is undergoing some renovation at the time, which does need updating on several levels. The location is nicely located and the rooms are fairly clean. As long as you are not expecting more amenities, but are happy with just a room with a good location then this place could work for you.
