"My brother was in room 304 handicap room , with his wife, no place in the bathroom to plug in the hair blower. I was in 303, put awake up call for 5 am. No phone call, thank god I set my phone. Breakfast was ok, but the sausage was so burnt it was had to cut it with a knife."

"Our stay didn’t start out the greatest due to the gentleman working the front desk acting like we were bothering him by checking in. He was quick to get us checked in but was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The room felt clean for the most part, the linens were clean and bathroom was also. But staff need to pay greater attention to detail. The walls are stained, bed sheets very sloppily made, some small pieces of trash not picked up, and the throw pillows not arranged but just laid on the couch. Breakfast was good, very nice and clean breakfast room with lots of options of food and drink. The bar area in the seating area had a terrible roof leak so the constant dripping noise and view of sopping wet towels was a bit off putting. Overall we slept well and had our general needs met but failed to see the reason this place is rated as “excellent”."

"My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. I have made arrangements to stay another five days at the Belmont in November. The Belmont Inn & Suites is reasonably priced. There is a clock radio, small refrigerator, flat screen tv and microwave in the room. I only wish they had an ice machine."

"Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night. Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. "
