"Checked in for one night. Staff super friendly. We got a one bedroom corner suite. At 3am we heard an eatery loud water type of explosion coming from the toilet. It woke us all up. We weren’t sure what happened but we then were afraid to use the toilet. At 6am as I woke to shower for my departure flight then shower was spitting out water aggressively then none at all. No hot water so I was unable to shower. Front desk received my call and said the town of Tampa was working on the water lines in the middle of the night and didn’t tell them?? Hmm. Ask for the manager. None on site. Asked for a call back. Didn’t receive one. I do not recommend this hotel.. based on my experience. "

"The room was dirty the carpet was dirty the staff was not very helpful had a party going on somewhere in the hotel till 6:00 a.m. keeping me and my wife up all night they were so loud I could hear what they were saying slamming the doors no one cared I called the office nothing happened didn't get a refund nothing this hotel is a piece of garbage stay away the people that run it suck"
