"Hotel was conveniently located. The entire hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had every thing we needed. Coffee and tea was available 24/7, we loved that. My only suggestion would be that they change sheets every other day."

"The place was noisy, including a fire alarm going off for no reason - and the restaurant had been closed down by the health dept. "

"Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating. Upside linens were nice bed was comfy, when we got in our room the bleach smell burned our nose it was wayyyy to strong! I’ve come to appreciate complimentary coffee in the lobby, this was not offered. I did also like the location walk out to the Pruneyard is nice but other hotels are way quieter maybe for business clientel. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Room was clean. Heavy on the cleaning chemicals which left an odor that took a bit to get used to. We loved that we looked out the window at the trail by Los Gatos Creek and the trail. Everything was in good repair and worked. We especially love the kitchen amenities. "
