The decor is wonderfully relaxing – clean, practical and full of lovely touches. There are plenty of amenities and the staff are really welcoming. It’s in a brilliant spot right by the Plage Vieux in Biarritz.

The hotel is very new and clean sand the facilities are excellent. The breakfast has sufficient variety to cater for all tastes and the location very scenic and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Chambre d'hôtes La Tillaie and would not hesitate to recommend it. The property has been beautifully renovated, combining character and charm with every modern comfort. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious and beautifully appointed, with a large, very comfortable bed. We were fortunate to have a lovely room overlooking the garden, together with a small adjoining room for our daughter, which worked perfectly for our family. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and a fantastic restaurant.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

Perfect location. Just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The beautiful beach was just 1 minute walk and it was nice and quiet at night. The room was large , bright and airy with a good size bathroom.

Incredibly welcoming and a accommodating

A great stay in a convenient location & helpful staff to make the stay a good one.

Lovely staying this very nice hotel and all the staff were lovely.

Had a lovely stay in this small hotel in the centre of this pretty village/town. Super view over the harbour and out to sea. No hotel parking but car parks nearby, both opposite and next door but one. Hotel was very clean and modern inside and owners friendly and helpful. Many restaurants to choose from in the town but our favourite was La Maree Douce opposite which had a great atmosphere and plenty of lovely places to sit. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly return.

I would stay there again

This is a relaxing and comfortable stay, we stayed five nights and would definitely go back, the staff were exceptional, always on hand without being irritating, as we have found with some high stared hotels, they genuinely want you to have a nice staff. Perfect location on the beach with good parking and a supermarket 2 minutes walk.
