"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

Je crois qu’il faut miser plus sur des équipements pratiques que le côté beauté vintage. De plus je pense que l’espace spa, les équipements ne sont pas à la bonne température, c’est-à-dire piscine, bain, tourbillon et hammam trop froid."
