The staff were attentive and courteous. The menu was extensive and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. "

"My room was one of the nicest I have ever had in Freetown and I have been traveling to Freetown since 1999. A comfortable bed and a very clean and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but the lack of AC in the large room is a bit uncomfortable in the hot season."

"The best part of my stay was the view of the ocean from my terrace and my wonderful housekeeper Adamma. She made sure I was very well taken care of and came to clean every day. "The manager has good customer service skills but the property is not maintained for the price nor is it suitable for sleeping peacefully. I changed to a second room after my complaint of being scratched by wires sticking out and was first told to move me I would need to pay a different price event though the room was unsafe . I refused and show the scratch on my leg and we were moved . The second room was dirty bedsheets had hair , bathroom door hanging by one hinge so we used it without...
