"Absolutely disgusting. We walk into our horrible smelling room to find Trash laying all over, Pubic hairs in our bed, wallpaper hanging off the wall and no shower head. We didn’t even unpack. Went straight to the front desk and requested a refund. We had to find another hotel 14 miles down the road and then we wake up to see that they charged us twice for the worst room in Omaha 5 hours after we had already left. They deny it and I’m still working with my bank for the fraudulent charge. Horrible horrible horrible."

"The room smelled and I think it was a pet smell. So very cold in breakfast area. We have stayed there two years in a row and wanted to stay April 26 through May 1 and the price increased where we had to go to the Best Western where the price was fair. So disappointed and probably won’t be coming back."
