When I turned my keys in at the front desk, i mentioned a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The person at the front desk had what i felt was a don't care attitude. I really feel like the next people that stay in that room will have the same issues.

Checking in was a nightmare. I booked through Expedia and they told me that it was not pre-paid. After showing them the receipt where it was paid the manger literally told me I had to pay again. So I explained to her that I would be paying more than double for the room. She told me that’s how it works like I’m an idiot. She then told me they couldn’t help me that I had to pay. I then messaged Expedia who called the hotel directly. Expedia had to refund me and I had to pay at the hotel $30 more than advertised on Expedia. I would not recommend based on the rude customer service I received.

Positive: The bed was super comfy. The AC unit came through in the 90 degree weather and kept us nice and cool. Cons: The bathroom REEKED of sewage smell. We only stayed one night and got there after midnight so I didnt bother making a complaint. The shower was old and the caulk around the bottom was gross and moldy. The faucet was broken but my boyfriend was able to fix it. If you are looking for a quick stay with no frills this place is fine. I wouldnt stay long though.

seems like our room was used before us coming in! the beds were made but there was recently-eaten food sitting right outside our door and when we got inside, there were rice grains (part of the meal outside). The box covers were dirty and stained and the bathroom did not look like it got cleaned properly. If it weren’t for this, it would have been a good experience.
