We did a suite which was just about perfect for us and the bed was the best sleep we had on our vacation. If we head that way again we would like to stay there again!

Unfortunately, our stay was very quick. We booked 2 rooms for our stay. Both rooms were very clean, clean smelling, spacious and like new furniture and bedding. The restrooms were clean and big. The view from both rooms was very nice as well. Over all, our stay was very comfortable and had a restful night after a long trip.

Walls were thin so you could hear your neighbors and those in the floor above you. Breakfast was good. Nothing to walk to from the hotel. Front desk clerk upon arrival was not knowledgeable, all but 2 housekeepers had quit the week before , so until we complained, did not get room cleaned.Knob to turn bath to shower was very difficult to manipulate.

Seemed brand new, very clean. Walls extremely thin, could REALY hear the people above and to the side of us, felt like they were in the room:) Extremely small storage space, bathroom could have used shelves. Clean, easy to get to, easy distance from main attractions. Parking lot small and hard to navigate. People were nice and attentive.

Far end of town, breakfast was not very good. 1 Elevator was inoperative. Pool was cold for inside . Price for a candy bar. $4.00, pint ice cream $7.00. Way too high!!!!!

The week I had bronchitis
The room was clean and large with 2 TV. No complaints other than we asked it be cleaned while we’re we out twice I believe and the last time told we were on the list Clearly coverage was sparse. We were given a bottle of spray to spray on the fabrics for odor. Also a sack of towels came late and we just left those be the door The TP double rolls were at best 25% each and we had to hunt down more TP The breakfast was suspect at best abd only on the last day and at about 925+ did sausage show up. I had already eaten but I took some to me wife and had to MW it. Other than the excellent coffee most thing were tepid or missing. Even white milk and cream cheese. It seemed like the man was doing his best. The eggs over the 3 days could range from trip running to firm warmish. Would we come back yes as I think this is a staffing problem not mgmt unless they aren’t actively hiring. Everyone was exceptionally nice and trying to be helpful i writing so much as I want you to have success and thrive

The hotel is fairly new and very clean. Breakfast was not great. Pre-made soggy waffles. Weird, not sure if it was the new no meat meat, sausage. Not real eggs. Room could have used a few more towels. But overall it was a great experience and a very clean hotel.

Efficient, clean, and comfortable hotel room. Easy check-in, and I had arrived a bit early. Good place to stay when flying into and out of San Antonio.

Pros: Clean, nice staff Cons: Hotel is dated. Breakfast needs serious work, definitely not what was displayed in pictures when booked online. Breakfast bar was understaffed and need to be better kept. Our room did not have the couch as displayed in pictures online. I was not impressed as the pictures portrayed one image and the reality was a different story.
