Great location for exploring the city on foot. Instructions for checking in and out including all information needed for our stay were super clear and helpful. Facilities at the hotel were also great. The room itself was compact but incredibly clean and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay.

Go to hotel for me in the middle of Bern. Very close to the station, and I always have a good night's sleep

Clean room, great pkace, good breakfast

Great location is the center of Bern, breakfast was good. Room was clean and adequate size. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room with a fantastic view, just what we needed. The room has everything already thought of for you, down to the little details. And only 13 minutes away on the tram from the centre, which is free for those staying, so overall ideal and exceeded expectations.

Spotlessly clean, really helpful staff and great breakfast. This was an excellent place to stay for exploring Bern. Nice and quiet but within easy walking distance of the city and only 10 mins from park area where you could swim in the river. Highly recommend for solo travellers (or couples).

Great quality hotel in a nice location. Very easy to hop into town.

The welcome was lovely, the gentleman on reception was friendly and even took time to tell us where we should visit in the city, and a walking route that offers the most amazing views. The room was lovely and had everything we could want for our one night stay. The balcony off the room was lovely and a great place to sit to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Access to Bern Aqua facilitaties was great bonus. A little bit out of old Bern but good transportation via train or tram.

Very easy to reach with bus 101 or 107 from Bern with a supermarket just next door. Lovely room, helpful staff and excellent value for money. Don’t really understand the negative reviews as we loved it!

Great hotel, really convenient next to Ostermundigen train station and access to Bern, but you wouldn’t know it because the rooms are soundproof. Easily the best value for money we’ve had in Switzerland so far!
