For Europeans not used to loadshedding, bring mosquito repellent to protect yourself from their arrival when the fan stops! This will not stop me from coming back each time I will visit Paarl. The unit is very very big and definitely could host a family quite easily. There seemed to be too few parking bays for the number of guests, but we sorted that out amongst each other.
