The front desk person blamed Expedia and said they had informed them of their fate. I was hoping they’d just charge me the online fee but they refused. The individual was not the most friendly person to deal with. The online rating was 8+. This property is a 6 at best. Room was clean but dated. The hvac controls were worn out and Unreadable. Breakfast was good. "
