This hotel was great for our last day in Frankfurt. It was close to the airport, but the best part it is on the S line train system. We bought a day pass and went to many different locations. The hotel was nice enough to let us check in early so we could leave our bags!

Hotel very close to airport, no shuttle, taxi about 10 euro. Restaurant was closed when we arrived but there is a lovely Italian restaurant a block away.

Great location for the airport. Nothing to do in the immediate vicinity, but public transport is literally a 30 second walk away. Would stay there again for sure, and recommend it to others.

This is a fine new property but already showing signs of sub par maintenance. Bed side night lights did not work. Coffee maker worked sometimes. The absence of a place to have lunch or even get a beer at noon was an unpleasant surprise.

The friendly service was outstanding! Highly recommended hotel close to the airport. The nearby park was wonderful for a walk, too.

They didn't have room service. They don't help bring your bags to your room. Other than that, the location was great because it was near the airport but only 20 mins to the centre of town. Metro was 1/2 a block away and very easy to use.

The number of staff at the check in or checkout times were not sufficient and this created line ups and caused inconveniences for everyone in those lineups, specially that there is not enough room between the front desk and the front door and at times it felt we would be lining up outside the hotel

Had to look for a last minute hotel and the Hyatt was a perfect fit. Only a few minutes away from Frankfurt Airport! Clean, friendly staff, nice gym, and good breakfast.

Was very disappointed in this property. First off, staff walked into our room while I was in the shower, my baby was sleeping and woke them and my husband was scrambling to figure out why they were coming in. The bed has massive craters from people sleeping in it. The ac did not work well at all, and then window barely opened so that wasn’t an option. The pillows were basically air. The bed spread had a rip into and weird stains on the curtains. Overall disappointed in my stay. One of the most expensive hotels on our trip.

The hotel is new and was very clean. The parking garage underneath was also easy to get to. The air conditioner took a while to start working, but it still wasn’t as cool as we would have liked it.

i loved the property but staff was so bad they dnt know what they charging for when i reservation clearly said and i always do from expedia that breakfast was free here we go they charging me 50 dollar everyday for breakfast we ordered something from reservation at 5 clock and waited till 10 clock called twice they never send it to our room had to go down never staying again here

A relatively new hotel with friendly staff, decent breakfast and great coffee in the rooms. The only thing missing is a shuttle for late arrival, but otherwise a great experience.
