Location is excellent, right next to the train station. Breakfast is good, although more fruit options would be better. Towels could be replaced for new ones. Stairs may be an issue for old people but in general is a great option for a short stay.

The location was super convenient, less than 2 min walk to the main train station. Breakfast was the basics but good overall. Room was as expected. Grateful they let me check in a bit early. That was the biggest plus for me. Thank you.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are small but practical. It is really close to the train station which is great for a stop over before a long train trip. However it is too close to the riff raff that hang around the train station. I saw lots of open drug use and did not venture out after dark. Limited dining in the immediate area.

The Concierge was very accommodating and friendly. Great English and goes above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible. Only thing is the breakfast room is not big. Still enjoyable!

I loved my stay at Hotel Cristal. It was such a pleasant surprise as I just wanted to book an inexpensive hotel by the train station so I could crash after a late train in. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, I was greeted with a large bottle of complimentary water, and the included breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The room was small but clean and updated, and the air conditioning worked great. The short walk from the train station to the hotel felt very safe (you can see the hotel out the side entrance of the train station) and I got a nice late meal half a block away. I wouldn’t go much further into the surrounding area alone after dark but it was a great place to spend the night before catching a train to the airport in the morning.

Good budget hotel

It was okay, right next to Frankfurt Main Central Station. I didn't hear much noise from the trains but more noise of people wandering around late at night. It is an older building with small room size for single person. It has air conditioning which is perfect during the summer and descent wi-fi. TV was all in German though, Front desk allow me 1 hour early check-in. I also received a free bottle water. Staff was great and free breakfast was descent. Great for a backpacker like me or a 1 night stay for connecting flights

Hotel Cristall does an excellent job at providing a good accommodation in a convenient location for a reasonable price. The hotel is cozy, the room was clean overall, the breakfast was fairly simple but good, and the service was outstanding. I would stay again and recommend to others without hesitation.
