"During my visit, I experienced interactions from some staff members that felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. At times, their behavior made me and others feel uncomfortable in a way that was difficult to ignore. I was in town to celebrate a significant milestone—my doctorate graduation—and I found the service experience disappointing overall. I would appreciate it if management could review the incident, including camera footage from my visit, to better understand what occurred. I am not certain of the staff member’s name, but I believe additional training and development may be needed to ensure a more consistent and respectful guest experience going forward. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to return unless improvements are made."

"The rooms are filthy! There was trash left in the room from prior guests in/around microwave. Ants were everywhere by door and bathroom. The phone didnt work, had to walk to desk for remote batteries and towels. Some lights didnt have covers."

"Well... this was the worst Red Roof Inn Ive ever stayed... Table in the room, sink were covered w/ dust... as if no one ever stayed/cleaned the room. I found several hair strands on the bed sheet. I usually find Red Roof Inn very affordable yet clean and nice enough to crash in for a short stay. But this one was pretty disappointing since the room wasnt clean... But the location was very convenient w/ lots of restaurant around the hotel. Has enough parking spots. Staffs were helpful."

"Beat up, but mostly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were kind and welcoming. Could hear so many noises throughout the night. Breakfast and coffee were not good. We stayed one night while in town for a wedding. Good little basic hotel to stay for one night. "
