"Getting into the hotel was an absolute nightmare because it requires online check-in to obtain an access code. Never in my worldwide travels have I encountered a hotel without a receptionist or an attendant. No elevator to access upper floors but a very squeaky winding staircase that is unsafe to descent on with a large and heavy suitcase. Ergo, left mine in car. Breakfast wasn't available after 8:15 am because all other guests had departed. Room was clean without typical amenities. In other words, the most miserable place I ever encountered in one of the most beautiful places in Germany. Please don't offer this facity to American travelers. "

"Hotel was very nice. Less than a 5 minute walk to the walled city so a great location. Room was large and had everything that you would need. Very quiet in the evening which was nice. Host was very nice and helpful. Parking was easy but I would book ahead. Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating; giving us directions and booking a taxi for us when we needed it. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very delicious. I would recommend eating there. The hotel is situated near the town wall and a very easy walk to the town square."
