"I had an urgency and with 1 month in advance I called Expwdia because renting the house was a mistake that I did. I asked Expedia to have some flexibility. They asked the ownwers and they did not accept to cancel the reservation. These are times when empathy and common sense is more relevant than ever.. I could not go as I know 1 month ago. "An older property but updated bathrooms and kitchens. A nice alternative to the high rise hotels yet close to the beach and restaurants. The manager is fluent in English and was very helpful."

"Very nice and quiet area. Close to major tourist attractions around La Serena. I do like the fact that there’s a Moai right when you get to the hotel. I’m Rapa Nui, so I felt like I was supposed to be there. It was a surprise to me. Thank you for the service. I would definitely consider of going back next time I visit La Serena. "
