"The room, corridors were extremely clean and well looked after. Great service, great security on the door. Very close to Portman Road football stadium if you’re coming for a match or as we were a concert. Literally a five minute walk. "

A little further away from Portman Road than I thought, but there were good transport options and the staff explained the best way and things worked out really well. "Nice room very clean staff pleasant but bar area in need of a bit of love snd attention. Breakfast very good but placement of things s bit odd. Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !? Also tea making area very congested and when busy you have to wait a very long time to access the hot water/ coffee machine. "
