The staff is always very friendly and helpful; the rooms are spacious and clean; it’s very well located; and the restaurant is truly excellent. It’s a solid 3-4 star hotel in my view. Special kudos to Carlos, an incredibly nice bellman who always seem to be in a great mood! 🙂"
