A localização é boa: em frente ao Shopping que possui ótima praça de alimentação. Fica relativamente próximo do Centro e na direção contrária da Rodoviária. Um tanto longe da Ponte da Amizade, mas existem ônibus que levam ao terminal e de lá para a Ponte. A foto foi fiel ao quarto. Ele pequeno, mas basicamente tem tudo que é necessário para ser confortável. Só há locais disponíveis para guardar a bagagem de uma única pessoa – com 4 cabides. Foi possível constatar que as janelas desse hotel tem tratamento acústico e térmico. Apesar do blecaute, “vaza” luz por todos os cantos. Faltou uma cortina clara e opaca para permitir a entrada de luz sem prejudicar a privacidade. Em termos de segurança apenas o pequeníssimo cofre fixado – que guardou tão bem minhas coisas que precisei da manutenção para retirar. O frigobar é pequeno. Na TV só canal aberto. Como é da TCL tem alguns filmes no catálogo grátis, o problema é que depende da internet (vide abaixo). A internet wifi nessa rede, é o que há de pior. Lenta, instável, quedas constantes e com quartos em que o sinal mal chega, principalmente no período em que mais e mais hóspedes vão se conectando. No espelho do banheiro faltou luz dedicada, mas há água quente na torneira. A posição na privada não é das melhores, pois a tampa do acento sanitário está muito avançado, ferindo as costas, além disso, tive câimbras. O estacionamento é pago à parte, bem como o café. Além desses, também não fiz uso do serviço de quarto, então não avaliarei.

Hotel incrível, super confortável e limpeza impecável mas infelizmente dar para escutar ruídos de outros quartos como por exemplo, banheiro sendo usado, descargas de sanitários e barulho de exaustores. Acredito que tenha sido o quarto que fiquei por as paredes serem de Dry Wall, não tinha uma vedação acústica muito boa. Seria somente o fato dos ruídos o demais, tudo excelente.

Ótimo custo benefício, hotel limpo, confortável e com ótima localização. Terceira vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel, para estadias curtas atende a proposta. Poderiam melhorar a qualidade das toalhas de banho, mas nada que interfira, considerando o valor da diária. Café não incluso na tarifa, poder se pago pelo valor de 41,00 por pessoa, assim como o estacionamento é pago a parte, por 36 reais a diária. Atendimento melhorou com relação às outras vezes. Em frente ao shopping o que facilita muito para alimentação e entretenimento.

Muito ruim. Foram várias coisas que deixaram a desejar. Check in, demoraram mais de 2hrs para poder liberar a internet para ser usada. Liguei na recepção, pedi para verificarem, e nada, liguei pela segunda vez, falaram que iriam olhar e nada...na terceira vez, desci na recepção e de pronto ajustaram em 5 min, falta de vontade em resolver. Ar condicionado não gelava, no mínimo da temperatura e na velocidade alta, o ar parecia que só ventilava. Frigobar desabastecido, se vc desce para buscar uma água, eles não lançam no quarto, tem que pagar na hora, até aí tudo bem, desde que, avisassem no momento do check in. Te fazem de bobo para subir e descer até a recepção...um desastre de hotel. Não recomendo.
