"Ollie could not do enough to make us feel welcome, the rooms were spotless and had everything you needed But really stood out was the fact our ferry was cancelled and had to book another night at last minute, he had no problem with doing this and when asked how much we owed him on check out he would accept any money, just said he was please could make our inconvenience a little better, this will now be our favourite accommodation when visiting family, amazing stay! "

"Parking across the street was 8 Euros with the voucher. Hotels is within a short walking distance to the main sights. Ground floor was a lot fancier than the floor with our room. "

"First time at Kilford Arms and I will stay here again...the hotel is huge! Room was lovely and the staff were great. All the bars/restaurants were good...the hotel looks small from outside but it isn't. Good parking(I did not use) and to walk out your in the heart of Kilkenny...alot of pubs & things to do or see. Love Kilkenny and now I love Kilford Arms!"

"Reception greeted with a smile. Room was well maintained, spotlessly clean as was the newly renovated bathroom. Staff were friendly and polite. Excellent breakfast with a multiple food choice . Swimming Pool, Steam and Sauna was nice and relaxing. Will definitely rebook. Well done to all Staff"
