Room was nice and clean, breakfast was minimal and incredibly expensive for that was offered. Pool was closed and was not told to us before. Booked with kiddos in mind and no where did it explain that it was under construction.

Check-in was a nightmare! My card was run twice for incidentals (room was paid for in advance). I got a card approval both times and signed. When I got to the room the front desk called to say the card did not go through. I had driven 3 hours in the pouring rain and was already ready for bed. I did not go back down to run the card a third time. My TV did not work!!

Quiet and newly renovated!
Sonesta has always been a very friendly, clean hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised at the new renovations when I returned this past weekend. Cute look, they did a nice job! I love the location, it’s quiet and tucked away a bit, faces 140, in an industrial area. I’ll be looking forward to coming back!

My room was perfect. Just the way I like it. The only downside is that like the other Soneasta Suites that I stayed in, I thought that they had a free breakfast, they didn't, but the bagel that I purchased worked out just as well.

This property was dirty. the room had food pieces on the floor. The shower area was dirty. there was no toilet paper. they advertised a swimming pool which was not functioning or open during our stay. i specifically booked for this amenity. They should inform you that the pool is not working when you book. They didn't even have free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

From the homeless camping in back of the property to the dirty towels and disgusting bathroom, this place was not worth the money. The bathroom had dirty bandaids, sneaker prints in the dust, and short and curlies all over it. I through a towel down to walk on it, and the towel was stained and questionable! The staff was friendly, and they said we got the last room, so I guess I should be grateful ? No. I wish I had stayed at any of the other hotels in the area. The continental breakfast we paid for did not cover egg sandwiches, which were a 22$ up charge !!! In the morning as we were walking to the car, the parking lot was full of guys beginning to tailgate and party. Cool, but nope. It was the loud and obnoxious crowd that harassed my wife and I as we walked to our car with out of state plates. First Sonesta. Last Sonesta.

Overall great. The rate advertised with continental breakfast is incorrect as they don’t offer it but they do give you a voucher for coffee and pastries. Towel in the room was stained. Other than that, very comfortable and clean.

Concert stay
Stayed for a concert at Gillette but there were also 4 weddings here and the bar area was crowded and reserved for the wedding so we couldn’t enjoy a drink after the concert
