"This property should not have the Breakfree logo as it does not live up to the chains standard. The initial room we were placed in was utterly uninhabitable with the blue sofa looking like it had human fluids on it, black marks on the walls, other guests belongings in the room. The room we were moved to after much effort was although old at least was semi clean. The shower kept breaking and although the maintenance guy came up, "repaired it" it broke twice again. The holder for the shampoo/conditioner kept falling off the wall, was reglued twice and smashed again. The balcony has chicken wire on it so that you looked out through little squares. Overall, the property is absolutely sad and doesn't even remotely live up to the brands other properties, even in the same city. "

"Check-in was rather convoluted and difficult. The bedroom didn’t have curtains that fit the windows properly so it was very light at night due to streetlights. Good location for work trip. "

"Wonderful staff, clean, near to transport and restaurants, CBD. Meals at onsite Culshaws Restaurant brilliant and well priced. Love this Hotel. Have stayed there every time I visit my family in Adelaide. Will stay again. "

"Shower was dirty and mould apparent. Hotel under major renovations and builders noisy after 7.20am Friday Morning and the following Monday. Staff were very nice and professional. Not a 5 star experience."
