"I didn't realize this was a student dorm facility that apparently they rent out during the summer months. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm in there. Not much in the area in regard to dinning or anything else. Lots of students around being loud at night. Check-in was interesting because it's not like a regular hotel. "The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in."

Great Location, New Hotel

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Dean Cork! We were only in town for one night and opted to stay at The Dean thanks to its convenient location next to Cork Kent Station. The hotel is very nice, new. The room was small, but functional. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Great resort hotel , one glaring issue I would have is the charge to use the steam room which is separated from the main pool and jacuzzi. After paying a very high price for a Monday night stay to charge an extra 25 euro to use the steam room was insulting. The steam room is part of an area with whirlpools etc. apart from that all good golf course was amazing !!"
